Working life 2026: Become the colleague everyone wants and take care of yourself along the way

February 26, 2026 10:00 Europe/Copenhagen

We are kicking off the new year by looking at what it will really be like to be an employee in 2026. Technology, AI and new ways of working have changed the rules of the game. We are working more digitally, more flexibly – and with a sense of faster pace than ever before. But while all these changes are happening, one thing remains constant: we need strong relationships, community and mental well-being to succeed.

Together with Morten Ballisager, adviser, chief analyst and chairman of the board at the consultancy firm Ballisager, and Louise Dinesen, business and crisis psychologist and author, we will focus on:

  • What companies are looking for in an employee and what it means to be a good colleague in 2026
  • How you balance your own needs and mental well-being with community and collaboration in working life
  • How you take responsibility for your mental strength in a world that never stands still.

The webinar is open to everyone and will be held in both Danish and English. You can join the webinar from your computer or mobile phone.

The webinar lasts 60 minutes and will be conducted in english.

Join us and get inspired to help shape the workplace of the future!

We look forward to seeing you.
