Stay updated on leadership in 2026
We are kicking off the new year by exploring the themes and dilemmas that will shape leadership in 2026.
For more than two decades, leadership has shifted in clear pendulum swings: from the performance management of the 2000s with its focus on efficiency and financial value creation, to the purpose-driven leadership, flat structures, and psychological safety of the 2010s. Now, the pendulum is swinging back – but not to where we started. Instead, we are witnessing a move towards a new balance driven by an increasingly complex and geopolitically uncertain world.
To delve into the topic, we have teamed up with leadership adviser, podcast host and columnist Louise Orbesen. With her profound insights and understanding of the topic, she will delve into what the role of a leader will look like and what makes leadership truly legitimate in 2026.
Louise will focus on what is set to shape leadership in the coming years. Among other things, she will delve into:
- Leadership in the 21st century
- Five leadership trends that are particularly prominent right now
- Leadership in the new geopolitical reality
The webinar is tailored for managers and HR professionals and lasts 60 minutes. It will be conducted in English.
We look forward to seeing you.
