Learn to understand your colleague even better

Can we become better at understanding ourselves and each other, our attitudes, behaviours, communication styles, preferences, and life perspectives? The short answer is yes, and therefore we are focusing on ’Generations, Life Phases, and Preferences’ and how these factors impact us as individuals and colleagues.

Better insight and understanding of why we act the way we do can have a significant impact on our well-being, productivity, and collaboration. It is quite a field of tension to navigate as an employee, colleague, and leader, when life perspectives, individual preferences, sense of humour and use of language, of different generations clash in the workplace. However, if we all become better at understanding each other – and create space for diversity and greater insight and self-awareness – we can achieve increased well-being and better collaboration across the board.

Together with leadership advisor, author, and speaker Betina Liliendal, we focus on:

• what characterises the different generations in the workplace.

• how your own and your colleagues' needs change through different life stages.

• what the explanations might be when/if we misunderstand each other.

• how you can contribute to good collaboration across generations and life stages.

Therefore, we are holding a webinar on this subject the 29th of April.

When you register, you will receive a link to the recording to watch the webinar later if you cannot attend live. We hope you’ll join us!

Duration: 60 min.
